My name's Talitha. I'm 28, from Melbourne and I have a deep, undying love for junk food.

This is my attempt to shake the foundations of that love and detail my journey from junk foods to whole foods. Here I'll share my meals, work outs and motivations. 

I've always told myself that I'm going to be healthy. I've - generally - held up the exercise end of the deal, but when it comes to food, I collapse like a house of cards the minute someone waves a cheeseburger under my nose.

This decision to finally get serious has been fuelled by seeing two people very close to me being struck down by illnesses they've developed through no fault of their own. It's unfair and is hard to see when you know you can't do anything to help. The only thing you can do is use it as motivation to make the best of what you have. 

Value your health, because it can be snatched away in a second.

It's time to lay everything on the line. This will hold me accountable.
